Ingredients:

• Shrimp: Picked up from Dunnes or Lidl.

• Longkou vermicelli: From the Chinese supermarket.

• Tofu: From the Chinese supermarket.

• Cucumbers

• Lettuce

• Broccoli

• Cheese rice cakes: From the Chinese supermarket.

• Dumplings: From the Chinese supermarket.

Hot Pot Base:

• Chongqing Little Swan Hot Pot base: Available at Chinese supermarkets. There’s nothing like tasting the flavors of home when you’re far away.

Dipping Sauce:

• A mix of garlic paste, Tesco sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
